Payments Disclaimer – Al Ameer Properties LLC

In adherence to the guidelines provided by the Dubai Land Department, individual Real Estate Agents are strictly unauthorized to receive any cash or funds transfers to their personal bank accounts. Please note the following payment procedures:

1. Cash Payments:
   • Cash payments must be exclusively handed over to the Al Ameer Properties LLC Finance Team or Sales Progression Officers at our official real estate agency office.
   • Alternatively, cash payments can be submitted at the official Trustee’s offices in the UAE, only in the presence of Al Ameer Properties LLC’s official Sales Progression Officer, or transferred to our official company bank account.
2. Receipt Confirmation:
   • Al Ameer Properties LLC confirms all payments through electronically generated receipts sent from our official email contact@alameerproperties.com.
   • For any further assistance or clarification regarding payments, please contact our accounting department at info@alameerproperties.com.

إخلاء مسؤولية عن الدفعات المالية – الأمير للعقارات ذ.م.م

وفقًا لتعليمات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي، يُحظر صراحة على وكلاء العقارات الفرديين استلام أي مدفوعات نقدية أو تحويل أموال إلى حساباتهم المصرفية الشخصية. يرجى مراعاة الإرشادات التالية لعمليات الدفع:

1. المدفوعات النقدية:
   • يجب تسليم المدفوعات النقدية حصرًا إلى فريق المحاسبة في شركة الأمير للعقارات ذ.م.م أو إلى مسؤولي المبيعات في مكتب الوساطة العقارية الرسمي.
   • بديلًا، يمكن تسليم المدفوعات النقدية في مكاتب الأمين الرسمية في الإمارات بحضور مسؤول المبيعات الرسمي للأمير للعقارات أو تحويلها إلى الحساب المصرفي الرسمي للشركة.
2. تأكيد الإيصال:
   • تؤكد الأمير للعقارات ذ.م.م جميع المدفوعات من خلال إيصالات تم إنشاؤها إلكترونيًا وإرسالها من البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي info@alameerproperties.com.
   • للحصول على أي مساعدة إضافية أو توضيح بخصوص المدفوعات، يرجى التواصل مع قسم المحاسبة عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@alameerproperties.com.
